How long do I retain course access?
Most online courses provide 12 months of access. Hybrid and onsite modules include schedules and materials with specified timelines. Access terms are listed on each course page in the Catalog.
Do you issue certificates?
Yes. After completing required assessments and practice briefs, you receive a digital certificate of completion from MaPulse Floristry Institute.
What is your refund policy?
Refund requests are considered within 14 days of purchase if less than 15% of the course content has been accessed. Please review full terms in our Terms.
