You may need an account to purchase or access courses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities under your account.
Course access and conduct
- Access is for personal, non-transferable educational use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Do not share course materials publicly, infringe intellectual property, or circumvent technical protections.
- Respect community guidelines and safety practices outlined in each course.
Payments and refunds
Prices are listed in USD. Refund requests may be granted within 14 days if fewer than 15% of the course materials have been accessed. See our Refunds section in the FAQ.
Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by MaPulse or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
Third-party services
Our Site may link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
Courses provide educational guidance without guarantees of specific business or financial results. Use professional judgment and comply with local laws and venue policies.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaPulse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site or courses.
